These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ppixel, including our website, accounts, subscriptions, credit purchases, community features, and related services.
By using ppixel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, infringement, or violations of these Terms.
ppixel provides AI-assisted tools, image and asset workflows, account features, community publishing features, subscriptions, and prepaid credit packages. Features may change over time, and some features may be added, removed, or limited.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.
By uploading, generating, publishing, or submitting content through ppixel, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and community features.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that your content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

ppixel may offer monthly memberships and one-time prepaid credit packages. Product availability, feature limits, and pricing may change over time.
You are responsible for reviewing pricing and purchase details before completing checkout.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for eligible transactions. Your purchase may appear on billing records or statements in a form associated with Paddle.
By purchasing through Paddle checkout, you also agree to any applicable Paddle checkout and payment terms.
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the billing portal made available in your account settings. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a separate offer, cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
The ppixel website, software, branding, design, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our service materials.
