The rules that apply to subscription cancellations and refund requests on ppixel

This Refund Policy explains how ppixel handles refund requests for memberships, starter credits, and prepaid credit purchases made through Paddle.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the billing portal available from your account settings.
When you cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
Signup starter credits are promotional credits. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable or exchangeable.
We may review refund requests for subscription purchases on a case-by-case basis. When reviewing a request, we may consider factors such as:
Prepaid credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been delivered to your account, especially where any portion of the purchased credits has already been used.

To request a refund, contact us through our contact page and include enough information for us to locate the charge, such as the purchase email address, transaction date, plan or package purchased, and the reason for your request.
If your payment was processed by Paddle, refund handling may also involve Paddle's systems and approval process.
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us first so we can review the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
