This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use ppixel's AI-powered image generation features. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.

Prohibited Content

You may not use ppixel to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content
• Content depicting nudity or sexually suggestive material
• Violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm
• Deepfakes, face swaps, or manipulated media of real individuals without consent
• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Content promoting illegal activities

Content Moderation

All prompts submitted to our AI image generation features are screened by automated content moderation systems (including the Creem Moderation API) before generation. Prompts that violate this policy will be rejected.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of remaining credits or subscription time

We reserve the right to review generated content at any time and take action against accounts that violate this policy.

Changes
